In keeping with this philosophy of mindful craftsmanship, we do not offer cash refunds. We encourage thoughtful selection and are always happy to guide you before purchase.

Should a return or cancellation be approved, the value of your purchase will be added to your account as store credit, allowing you the freedom to choose another piece from our collection when the time feels right.

This store credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is valid for future purchases within the specified period.

1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product you received is damaged or defective
• You received an incorrect item (wrong product, size, or color)
• The item has a major manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and unaltered

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

• Minor color or texture differences due to screen/display settings
• Size issues if the correct size was delivered (please refer to the size guide before ordering)
• Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

2. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days for:

• Size or color exchange (if the product is unused and stock is available)
• Replacement of a defective or incorrect item
