• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and unaltered

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

• Minor color or texture differences due to screen/display settings
• Size issues if the correct size was delivered (please refer to the size guide before ordering)
• Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

2. 🔁 Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days for:

• Size or color exchange (if the product is unused and stock is available)

• Refunds are made via the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
